One on One training

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) creates the appearance of a full head of hair by carefully and meticulously placing microdots of pigment amongst existing hair, replicating natural hair follicles.

When delivered by a skilled practitioner, SMP can restore receded hairlines, thicken remaining hair, camouflage hair transplant scars and create the look of close-cropped hair.

 Pre-requisites: Cosmetic Tattoo Certificate OR Body Tattoo Experience. Add an extra training day to learn machine use at an extra fee of $1,000

 Course Structure:

• Theory via e-learning
• Two day One on One Training in private training room or your own salon which has council approval
• 2 Models required (1 for fill in of hair loss and 1 for total scalp)
• Student to supply models unless travelling to train.
• Hairline & temple design
• Graduation and blending
• Zoning the scalp
• Choosing ink and mixing blends
• Scar camouflage in scalp

This technique is performed with a machine. If you do not have a suitable machine you can purchase one from our college.  Using your own machine, you will require Nano or Micro needles in size 1 and 3.

Student to supply two models one  for fill in of hair loss and one for total scalp

This course provides a natural hair simulation solution for both men and women. Trico-pigmentation is effective for Alopecia, male pattern baldness and scarring to the scalp. Often men who have attempted a hair transplant are suitable to add more density and to repair scarring from source point. The pigments will have a fade out effect and may require maintenance at 1-2 years. You will learn both the density effect and the shaved effect.
